Mike Ulrich
CEO
Mike joined Fisher & Paykel Technologies (now Torqos) in 2023, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth, hi-tech global companies. He is deeply passionate about placing customers at the core of the company's focus, developing effective strategies, harnessing technology, and designing innovative products that captivate and engage customers. Throughout his career, Mike has excelled in leading teams that have delivered cutting-edge solutions across a wide range of industries, including consumer, automotive, industrial, agtech, marine, mobile, energy, IoT, big data, and AI/ML.
Blair Hilditch
Chief Financial Officer
Blair joined Fisher & Paykel as an accounting graduate in 1999 and was part of FPT since its humble beginnings as a motor division. He has held numerous finance positions at F&P spanning North America, Mexico, Thailand & China. His experience, whether it be factories, airports, commercial sales or technology business, means he can gain insights into what really drives growth & success in a business and contribute to making those happen.
Alex Sun
General Manager China Operations
Alex joined FPT in March 2020 with an extensive history as a senior executive with both China and the global experience. He has focused on fast growing multi-national organisations, including those with a strong customer focus and business acumen. Alex has a good understanding of the increasingly accelerating world we live in, and especially the challenges and opportunities this presents.

Maria joined FPT in September 2022 and brings over 14 years of people experience across various industries. She has a passion for people development and strength in deeply understanding business practice and strategy to align to people strategy.
Stephen Parnell
General Manager Laundry
Stephen joined F&P in 1998 as a graduate engineer, swiftly rising to leadership; over his 25 year career he has enhanced product quality, optimized operations, spearheaded robust product development. As Group Chief Engineer, he led ground breaking work on the top loader washer project and remains a vital force at Fisher & Paykel Appliances. Now at FPT as General Manager Laundry, he leads the Laundry product line globally delivering our customers a competitive edge .

Rose Smith
General Manager Product Development
Rose joined FPT in July 2023, bringing with her impressive experience across high tech product development and manufacturing, including consumer electronics and appliances, B2B industrial electronics, along with strategic thinking and strong proven execution in product development. Rose is fluent in English and Mandarin, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Satellite Electronics Engineering. Rose is motivated by tackling complex technical challenges, and leading teams of scale.
