Haier partnered with Torqos to reduce cost on a 10 kg direct drive platform — without sacrificing performance. Instead of stripping material, the system was re-engineered from first principles.

Using digital-twin modelling and an advanced real-time thermal algorithm, the motor operated longer at peak performance without conservative limits.

The flux-optimised X3 met full extraction targets while reducing Bill of Materials by 20 RMB per unit.
